If you will use our website for booking a rental car then you have to follow our all terms & condition along with our privacy policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website for booking any kind of vehicle.

Terms of Use:

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• All the content of our website is used for general information only. It may change at any time without notice.
• We take pre-booking payments for booking confirmation. We are not responsible for any kind of payment dispute with the third party.
• This website uses a cookies policy. If you will accept the cookies policy it will catch your IP address and Location for quick upload for the next loading. It may use by 3rd parties.
• All the payments of tool plaza will be given by customers.
• Your goods and luggage are your own responsibilities. For any kind of damage ‘Eco-car rental’ is not responsible.
• Consumption of alcohol and smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
• All vehicles are connected to our GPS.
• We are not responsible for any kind of delay due to any unwanted problems.
• AC of the car may not use continuously for 4 hours.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel the booking 24 hours before pick-up time. 10 % of pre-booking payment is deducted. The following rules will apply:-

• We accept cancellations before 24 hours of pick-up time only.
• It is a two-step verification.
• After acceptance of the cancellation request refund process will start.

Refunds

If you are eligible for refunds based on the "Cancellation and Returns" policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 3-5 working days.
